Fresh Gir cow milk is naturally cultured into curd (dahi) and then slowly hand-churned using the Bilona process to extract makkhan (white butter). The butter is gently simmered on a low flame to produce rich, golden ghee with a natural aroma, grainy texture, and preserved Ayurvedic goodness.
